Just payed my membership and I have no internet or texts, what's wrong with it??

If they still don't explain it then post back with more info - e.g. what your online account says about your current membership status, balances and expiry date; what it says about any next membership(s) and start date(s); what your My History page says about recent payments/purchases etc.
