I can’t make or receive calls . I don’t have any network coverage but have full mobile data ??

Did it work before or have you just joined 48?
If you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
If not what happens if you reboot the phone?
If you have no network connection but data is working then you must be on wifi and not carrier data.
