New sim and membership not working

Recently got a new phone and had to get a smaller sim for it and kept my same number for it. Installed it in the phone and I am able to receive calls and text but not able to make any calls or texts or use Internet even though I bought the monthly membership a few days ago. Need help to sort this out

If you can receive calls and texts but can't make calls/send texts then you probably need to contact 48 support about this:

For internet access are your settings still correct?
