Hey there!
If you ordered a new sim and not a replacement one you are going to have to send a support message to 48 where they can set it up manually to your account!

^You might have to give the ICCIDs for both SIMs - the 19 digits + a letter which is printed on the SIM card itself.
Also ask 48 to transfer your credit and membership and number to your new micro sim for you .
