I also have no signal, but every so often turn off, then on your handset to see if the boot picks up coverage.

The Engineers were in fairly quickly in this instance as opposed to the outage in October...so on this merit, & the fact that others have actually recovered Signal, it points to a quicker resolution.
I wish i knew the exact answer... I'm currently Phoneless too!

As we mentioned in our previous update we are seeing some calls, texts and data being successful on the network.
