I tried to follow the steps as you told me in your Email in order to get the PUK but that didn't work out, Iwonder if is that possible to send me a new Sim card, This is my address,

Hey @nadiabaky it sounds like you've been in contact with the 48 agents about your issue earlier, correct? If you need to reply to them, you can do it via this link (click on the existing requests button and you'll see your existing correspondence there). Anything account-related that you need to sort out, they are your point of contact as they have access to your account.
PUK code you can normally see when you log into your 48 account page and go to "My Details". What happens when you try this?
