You'll need to post a bit more information than that if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

What exactly do you mean by "my network is not working" and "I have issues with my network"?

What exactly is the nature of the problems that you are having? 

What exactly works or doesn't work? 

Any error messages? 

When were things working ok for you last?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

If not then what happens if you do a manual search for networks?

Can you see and connect to 48?

If not then what happens? Any error messages? 

If you do have a connection to the 48 network then what services do/don't work? 

Incoming/outgoing calls? Incoming/outgoing texts? Mobile data? 

Where a service didn't work what happens when you try to use it? 

Any error messages?
