Hi glory1,

Are you a new customer that has just joined? Or an existing one?

 

If you are an existing customer try turning your phone off and on again to reconnect after the issue last night. If you are a new customer, be adviced that the porting process can take up to 2 hours. If it has been more than 2 hours please submuit a support ticket using the link in my signiture.
