My account says it's not active but I don't have an activation code on my sim or in the pack? Need help asap as Internet is about to run out and I need to top up!

You mean it was working before with an activated/registered SIM but you suddenly got this "not activated" message?
If so then you will almost certainly have to contact 48 support for assistance:
