My 3G is not working on my phone. It was working when I topped up and now I still have 3 gigs of internet left. Everything else is working. Does anyone no what's wrong with it?

What does your online account say about your membership status and expiry date?
Sometimes the online account says you have, say, 3GB left but that is the allowance for the NEXT membership which has not yet kicked in. It's a bug in the account display.
Maybe you are still on another membership with some time left to run and have used up your data allowance?
