Moving over but want to keep the same number

Hey . Can someone help please . I recently registered my sim and am in the process of waiting for it to moved over from
Vodafone . ( I did this about an hour and a half ago ) . When I checked my email - it said to verify its me by clicking the link - when i did so - it said here is your new mobile number . I don't want a new mobile number . I want to keep my own number ! Will my number port over as it was or will I have to use the new number ? Cos im not interested if I have to change numbers . Thanks

Hey,

Inside your new SIM Pack there should be all the information you need to keep your current number.

Go check out the sim pack and im sure you'll be able to fix this!

Iv already done this - but no joy I'm afraid . I'm worried now ill be left without a phone number or with a new number I don't want .

Help ???? I've just signed up to 48 also same problem... I want too keep same number & be on 48 network ... Can someone help me this is frustrating as I need answers ... I've mailed 48 4 times& no reply from

Just one email/help request to 48 will do the trick eventually. If you keep spamming them then a response to your query will just be delayed.
