How do I change my membership to different things ?? I topped up by €10 and wanted the GUIDO but still only have the old €10 deal with no Internet usage...

You cannot change a current or stacked membership from one type to another.

And buying a new membership does not kick in immediately and prematurely terminate one that still has time to run.

Just buy the Guido membership next time and it will kick in once your current and any stacked memberships have run their course.
