I topped up by 10e and want to get the bundle but when I sign up it says I can't use my credit balance to create a membership! What should I do?

How are you trying to do this?
On the app?
If so try the website instead.
What membership are you trying to buy?
I presume it's Guido?
What is your credit balance? Check online or dial *100# to check.
If it's €10+ then try texting "guido" (without the quotes) to 1745 and see if that works (assuming that you want to buy Guido membership).
