Membership update problem

I have been away for the past 4 months and this month paid my membership for the don. It has taken my money from my account but I do not have free calls/texts or any internet. Also says expires on September 15th which is over a month from now. Not sure what the problem may be ?

September 15th is not more than a month from today.
Today is the 16th of August.
I presume you bought new membership yesterday?
Are you using an iPhone which was used while roaming abroad?
