Hello Please I need your help I have be using this number for a year or so and I lose the code when I was asked to put in my code and now I can not pay my membership anymore for some time now and my friend has be paying for me but the last one she paid for me only last for a week. Please I dont know if you can help with my date of birth or the number.

When you say "code" I presume you mean your login details? You need to contact support about this. You can email them here if you cannot log in and log a support request online:

Please I puk code and I have be using this sim for a year or so now but I lose the pack of the same were the puk code is and the number to regsiter with because it asking me to regsiter again why I regsiter this sim at the first time I got it that was 2012 and I have be on this number pay my membership but now I can not pay my membership again please help

The PUK code is available from your online account. 

 

Can you log into your online account? 

 

You don't need your PIN[1] or PUK to purchase membership so I don't really understand why you are unable to purchase it yourself.
