Yesterday it said on the 30th of April my account would be credited with €10. And now I checked and it says I have €0 and no credit has been given.

Are you sure it said it'd be paid today?
According to this it'll be paid on the 8th of May.

My kickback balance was €25 last time I checked now it's €0???

Read the link that I posted above.

My understanding is that you'll get your €25 as a credit topup or PayPal cash payment on or after the dates in that link.
