What do you mean by credit?

Cash credit on your account or a new membership?

What exactly does your My History say about this transaction?

What exactly does your My 48 account say about your membership status (current and next if applicable), expiry date, allowance balances and cash credit balance?

Remember that if you buy a new memebrship it doesn't take effect immediately if you have a current membership with time left to run of its monthly period. In that case the current membership must run its course and expire before the new membership (which has stacked in the meantime) kicks in.
