I just renewed my membership today and my internet was working fine till my friend connected her phone to my personal hotspot and now it's not working anymore. I configured my settings like I was told to do online and it's still not working. My internet has always worked fine for me so I don't know what's wrong now. Help please?

Did you change your internet settings?

What are your internet settings right now?

Have you tried powering off and on again?

Some other people are reporting internet connectivity issues but I don't know if this is a localised or network issue/

It's been working fine for me all day.

I changed my internet settings to the recommended Internet settings and I've turned my phone on and off several times to no avail. Don't know what else to do.

OK - seems like some people are having internet problems today although I haven't experienced them myself.

Probably best to log a support query and let 48 support advise.
