Hi, i changed my membership to the guido on january the 11th to include 1gb of internet. However i didnt recieve a message off 48 of settings to save into my phone to activate the internet ?

You will need to get the correct settings on your phone.
You can do that very easily here https://48months.ie/my-48/my-data-settings.
Find your phone type
Enter in your mobile number and security code. Simple!!
If you cannot find your handset listed then try one that is similar.
Also ensure both data roaming and mobile data are both switched on.
