Internet not working

Hi, my internet hasn't been working not for 4 days and I have over 6GBs left, topped up about 2 weeks ago so I have 2 weeks left of my membership. Any idea how to fix this? It is very frustrating.

A few people have been reporting problems with data lately.
I reckon you'll have to contact 48 support.
