Internet not workin

Hi,

 

I switched to 48 yesterday and I have no problem when using wifi. However, when no wifi is available I cannot get internet. I have data roaming switched on and I paid for the DON so I really cannot figure out what the problem is.

 

I have a samsung galaxy S4 mini, which is not on the list of phones on your website but I chose the closest model and went through all of the settings but to no avail.

 

Please reply asap as it is vital that I have internet on my phone for the weekend,
