Internet has stopped working

Hi,

 

My internet has stopped working on my phone since lastnight and is not working again today. Can this be sorted out as i really need the internet to access college work.

Have you used up your data allowance?

Does everything else work OK (incoming/outgoing calls and texts)?

Have you tried powering it off and on again?

Did anything change on the phone - e.g. software update or settings changes?

What make and model of phone?

Samsung Galaxy phones have a habit of spontaneously losing the internet/APN configuration settings and need reconfiguration for some reason.

Are your internet/APN settings correct? Try reconfiguring them perhaps?
