I have been with 48 for over two years now and never had problems with signal or internet up until last week when renewing my guido membership.
I can't have a proper phone conversation or check the internet keeps saying "no internet connection" even though I have 1Gig of internet left.
I am thinking of switching network if this problem cannot be resolved.

Did anything change on your phone before you started experiencing these problems?

E.g. software update, settings changes etc.?

Are you saying that both internet/data access AND normal voice calls are affected?

Where are you located?

You might also want to flag this with 48 support to see if they can advise.

Both are affected, have to use wifi to ring someone through whatsapp!
