Hi there I've just bought two Internet ad ons but my Internet still won't work on the phone! Even though it says in usage I have 2Gb left- how Lon does it take for them to kick in?

Hi @skinnyarse sorry to hear your internet is not working! First to check: do you also have active membership at the moment? It's also required for your internet to work on your phone. The add-on is good for a situation where your membership is still active, but you have run out of data and need the add-on to tie you over until the next membership kicks in.
If you do have active membership at the moment then it could be your internet settings that need to be configured properly, check here.
