Incorrect Security Code

HI, my apologies if this rrquest has been answered elsewhere. I have looked for it but I couldn't find it anywhere.

I am trying to move my existing number to 48 but keep gettinig an error message when I try to input the secrity code. The error message (in red) says "Sorry! Incorrect Security Code"

I have sked for the code to be resent but I keep getting the same 8-digit code.

I have correctly entered the code each time.

Can anyone please help?

I think you're going to have to contact 48 support and ask them about this.

Do not move to 48. Really rubbish service - you will have nothing but trouble
