Please can you help me, iF i ring someone it says "number barred" i really need my phone now and its very important.. please help me

Were you able to call before?

Can you text?

Can you receive calls or texts?

Any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of your current monthly membership?

If so you will have to wait out the ban period and when it expires you buy a new membership and contact 48 support to get the ban lifted.
