What does your online account say about your membership status and expiry date?

What is your cash credit balance?

Are you sure that you are not mixing up credit balance topup with buying membership?

Or do you have a current membership in place and you bought another one expecting it to kick in immediately? It won't - it will stack to kick in when the current one runs its full monthly course and expires.
