I just paid my membership fee few minutes ago but i cant use the internet and i already used the generic settings because i could not find the name of my phone on the list

What handset do you have out of curiosity?
Next thing to try is 48's Tweakker http://48months.tweakker.com/choose
Always turn off & On your handset after each appempt to instal settings...

Make sure that data roaming is enabled.
And maybe reboot or toggle into/out of airplane mode after configuring things as sometimes that kicks it into life.
