I cannot text a Spanish number!?

I cannot seem to respond to my friends texts. She has a Spanish number but is living in Ireland. I have bother the roaming texts but I still can't text, ant suggestions?

You need cash credit on your account to send international texts.

It costs 25c per text.

Other call charges

The EU roaming text add-on is no use here. It's only useful when YOU are abroad roaming in the EU.
