How can I stop my direct debit of €10 every month to my SIM, without wanting a replacement?

Hi

Do you mean you have auto renew currently set up on your 48 account and you would like to keep your €10 membership, yet stop the auto renew process and revert to pay monthly manually?

Simply log in to your My 48 account, scroll down to where you see Membership Planner, Current Member ship, then  Auto Renew - Yes, and toggle it to 'off'.

 

Log out, then back in and check the auto renew is now inactive.

You will then need to use to pay manually for your membership each month.
