My phone says I have to contact my carrier to connect to my hotspot. This is really annoying cause never in all my years having a mobile did I have to do this. Can you please get in contact with me, numbers 0872119878 and fix this for me please.

This has cropped up before.
If you search the forum for "hotspot" or "personal hotspot" you may find some useful info.
E.g.:

All 48 support is online so nobody is going to call you back about this.
