You need to contact 48 support.
Only they can possibly refund the cost of the mistaken add-on purchase (if the add-on has not yet been used) and/or convert it to cash credit instead.

In case it helps there are often regular landline alternatives to common 1850/1890 numbers and those would be covered by your membership/add-on landline allowance and may work out more cost effective in some cases:
