Hi,
Why have my card details disappeared from my account? For the past 2 mths I have to enter them online as they are not saved on your app anymore

It's an ongoing bug on the site but no sign of it getting fixed so far unfortunately...
You'll just have to enter the card details at the time of purchase because at the moment they cannot be stored.
