When you sent the MMS messages what did they contain?
If they contained multiple images and/or a lot of text maybe they actually required more than one MMS each to send?
This happens with SMS - e.g. when the text entered is longer than what can be accommodated by a single SMS then more than one is used even if it looks like a single SMS at the sender and receiver ends. Perhaps something similar applies to MMS also?
Anyway - if you want an itemised breakdown of the charges incurred then you need to log a support request and ask 48 support for this:
But almost certainly there is a logical explanation for the charges incurred to date.
Hope this helps.
