Credit Top Up and Premium Rate Calling/Texting Now Available?

Why does the option to top your account promote calling / texting premium rate numbers when this is currently not a service that's available?

I just went through purchasing another months membership and I noticed that while I was in my shopping cart the option to purchase 'Handy add-ons' was displayed below.

As part of those add-ons, the option to Top Up my account with extra credit was available with the text beside it stating -  "Add some credit to call or text premium numbers & mates abroad"

Is calling or texting premium rate numbers now an option?

As far as I know only the numbers here are supported so the message may be a bit misleading alright.
