Can you use the 20 euro as credit to make calls outside the offer - i.e. while roaming? I'm lazy to search ths Smiley Frustrated

Yes - some services (not just while roaming) are charged from your credit balance.

 

Other call charges

 

You still need membership by the way.

 

If you are roaming in the EU then the EU roaming add-ons are often more cost effective:

Bear in mind that they are for EU countries only.
