Are you sure that you didn't simply inadvertently buy two memberships which will have stacked anyway?
If you have excess memberships stacked for which you were charged then you can contact 48 support to ask for a refund for any that have not yet started.

Can you check your Membership status to see if you have stacked membership... If you inadvertently selected your chosen membership twice, the second will show up there.
If a second membership is not present, contact 48 to investigate your account and they will be able to see what the issue is.
