Hi. I joined 48 last night and asked to keep my old number but it still hasnt transfered and the temporary number I was given isnt working either, it is saying 'you have dialled an incorrect number.'

If more than 2 business/number porting hours have elapsed and the number still hasn't ported then contact 48 support as outlined in this key post:

 

How do I keep my old number?

 

If you joined and ported last night after 6pm then note that the business/number porting hours restart at 10am so that would be just over 2 hours now...
