Can't topup membership

Tried topping up my membership today and I get the message

 

"We are currently experiencing some technical issues and cannot process your request. Hang tight, our tech guys are working on it and hope to have it resolved shortly."

Anyone else with this, or just me?

Hi

To answer you thouroughly, i went through the entire process of purchasing The Don...it went through straight away a few moments ago.

My advice is to close all tabs and start the process anew...

Yeah that's been happening me for days , I've twenty euro credit on my phone but it won't let me buy a plan 😕

If it doesn't work online then what about by text?

Can you check your 'My 48' page for me, check your start date of your membership and the end - can you also check for any notifications present.
