Can't send texts to a specific number

I cannot send texts to a friend's number, although all other texts send without a problem. What do you recomend?

iv  same problems to 2  087 numbers

You probably need to contact 48 support and ask them to investigate this issue. It seems to happen to specific users from time to time for some reason...
