I registerd my new 48 SIM card and I moved number then it said I should recieve an email saying ill be sent an email to complete registration and it's been an hour and I still haven't received one and so I logged into my 48 account online and it said that my sim has been deactivated , please register a new sim. I don't under stand will I get an email off of 48 or do I have to get a new sim and start all over again! Please help?

Probably obvious and something you did already but check your junk mail or mail filter in case any email from 48 was blocked/quarantined. I can't remember how the registration process works and if you get an email to complete it. Might be worth logging a support request asking 48 for advice/assistance with this issue?

i have a question for you, it says sim card registration failed on my phone when i put in the 48 sim card. how do i fix it ?

Did it ever work?
If so then perhaps the SIM has become damaged somehow and needs to be replaced?
If you are just joining 48 then have you followed all the steps to get started?
