Both sims fail to register

I am thinking of leaving! I have waited a week for my number to change and all that's happened is both my o2 and my 48 sim cards fail to register I have been without a phone for atleast a week now and I have asked many a time for help but I did not succeed in the help I need!

Did the O2 SIM work in the phone before?

 

It's not clear to me what's happening here so you might have to deal with 48 support about the issue. Sorry...
