i bought two €3 add ons of data 5 hours ago and still haven't received them and have been charged the €6...!!

What does your online account say about your current internet/data allowance balance?

Are you sure that your internet/APN settings are correct for the add-ons to work?

My data balance is 0....zero..! I can send u a pic of the withdrawal from my aib account. Can you please try and reimburse me or else put through the 2GB of data. Thanks.

Did you log a support query to ask 48 support for assistance?
