Add ons

My little brother is abroad and never activated roaming before he left! I don't know his password for 48 so i can't d it through his account. Is there anyway you can gift an add on I would like to make sure hes alive ha

Is he in the EU?
If not then the roaming add-ons are no use and he will need cash credit on his account to make/receive calls and send texts although he can receive text for free.

Other call charges

Unfortunately you can only gift topups and membership but not add-ons through the gift shop:

You might want to text him and tell him to get to a wifi hotspot in order to get online and topup or buy add-ons if necessary.
