What is the exact error message and when exactly does it occur during the purchase process?

Just keep saying there is something wrong with my card,but my card is fine

Did the card work before for purchases on the internet?

On 48?

Is it still the same card or has it been updated/reussued?

Are the details the same if stored on your account?

Has the Verified by VISA or similar password changed at all?

You probably need to contact 48 (and maybe your bank/card issuer) about this.

In the meantime if you're stuck you can topup your credit balance by voucher and then buy stuff by text:

You can log into your 48 account and use the Help and Support site. You will see a button to "Contact us".

Send us a message and we will investigate for you.
