How do unblock the access to my 48 account this has never happened before I'm just back from holidays , could it be anything got to do with that

What do you mean by access to your 48 account?
Do you mean that you can't login to your online account?
Or do you mean that you're not getting a network connection having returned from abroad?
You may need to contact 48 support who will be back online in the morning.
