ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!!!!! 48 and i phone

I have never experienced this kind of trouble with ANY sort of technology before and I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the lack of help on 48's end.

 

I switched from meteor to 48 2 days ago and had my i phone 4 unlocked and I still have NO SERVICE on my 48 sim!!!

 

DONT tell me to RESTORE my phone, I have done this 3 times

DONT ask me to restore my network settings that has also been done

I have SYNCED it with i tunes

I have put in a vodaphone sim and it has worked with that

When I try ringing my phone nothing happens and it says my phone is unavailable1897968_10201429091000794_1688229178_n.jpg

 

I have contacted apple and they were more than helpful 

I have gone into meteor and my number has been fully transfered

 

So will SOMEONE PLEASE explain to me what the hell is going on and who is going to SOLve this problem for me once and for ALL

IT would be interesting ????? I  dont exactly care for what is interesting at this stage I just want a working network!

Feel your pain! went through the same lack of support for days and only to find the 48 card fried my phone! exact same issue your having with your phone and same " restricted network" emergency calls only.... but now my phone can not accept any sim at all even though all locks ar off... returned phone to shop and they said cheaper to buy new phone.

Just read your link... Unfortunately the forum is open and only other 48 customers reply to your queues queries here.

It's a pity none of our suggestions worked for you, as we assum that you realize by posting here its other 48ers attempting to help...

48 Support is contacted by raising a ticket as suggested in the reply posts.

Hi 1amcn,

Your spot on there, and I did say to one poster who replied to my Hardship that they made more sense and were more help than SUPPORT!

See when talking here you do get seggestions from 48rs that try to help by attempting to relay real problems they may have experienced and over came in the hope that it may help others, But with support which was almost none existant, tried with me at least to conveay a level on confidance that they were and knew what they were doing where as in reality they must have a script on front of them that they must follow, which I might add is of no help what so ever, I do not blame support people for not being able to help rather 48s management for putting people in a position that may not be suitable for the job in-hand.

Just an update

 

I moved backed to meteor. 

 

I was appaled with the quality of help from 48 while I was left for 3 DAYS with NO SERVICE. I did everything to try to get it up and running, I recieved great service from apple, meteor and in my local gadet repair shop. I still dont know what the problem was I was told by someone who specialises in i phone repairs that it appeared 48 had NOT REGISTERED the imei number of my phone. 

 

the most annoying part of the whole process is I was really looking forawrd to 48's great deals and I most likely wont get the 10 euro membership I paid back
