 i need to make a call why isnt my credit added on

What do you mean? What credit? Cash credit? Membership? Add-on?

What exactly did you do?

What does your My48 page say about your current membership status, expiry date and allowance balances?

Does it list any next membership and start date?

 

What does your My History page say about recent payments/topups/purchases?

Please answer these questions in order to help me/others to help you.

 

Remember that if you use up current membership allowances then you need to buy add-ons and not a new membership.

A new membership will simply stack to start when the current membership runs its full monthly course and expires.

It will not start immediately and terminate the current membership prematurely.

You will not get access to a new membership's call/text/data allowances until it starts.
