I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.

Unfortunately 48 don't provide webtexts.
Android users can use Airdroid or other similar apps for sending texts via their phone from a PC or tablet etc.
I don't know what similar options might exist for iPhones.
