Hi All, I have Guido membership and received a message with a download. When I select it I get a download failed message (data service unavailable, check network settings).
What setting am I supposed to check and what am I checking for?

I don't understand the post subject "use a HuawauDownload failed".
What sort of message? Email, SMS, MMS, etc.?
From whom? Not 48 I presume.
I presume the issue is that you're not on wifi and your carrier data is not working.
Assuming that to be the case did you previously configure your internet/MMS APN settings to enable data while out and about?
